red hot exaust, camshaft DTC, and lean mixture

02 honda civic lx 1.7L 4 cylinder 209k miles. Last week it went into limp mode and when I pulled over the ex manifold was glowing red hot and had a crack in it. The code was a cam shaft sensor or top dead center sensor according to honda. Replace camshaft sensor and brand new catalytic converter. Car ran fine for a 10 mile test drive. Then again for about a 50 mile trip. Today I made it about 50 miles and same thing. Cam shaft code and glowing ex manifold. This time I checked the short term fuel trim and it's around 12%and long term was 4% but both jumped to mid 20% when I got it above idle. What does this mean?

Check the timing. 


It's in time. All the marks are lining up


Did you use the OEM sensor? How is the sensor wiring?
