2000 F450 Super Duty 7.3. The blinker relay near the radio started clicking constantly and the tow/haul light started flashing. The relay failed before we could get from point a to point b and the blinkers, brake lights and flashers didn't work so we changed the relay and everything seemed to act normal again. Yesterday the tow/haul light started flashing and the new relay is constantly clicking again. Has anybody has this problem before? Thanks!
Before I could get it scanned, more demons started rearing their ugly heads. Lights started coming on in the middle of the night and gauges started going crazy. I read on many forums that water leaking around windshield or cab lights were highly suspect of causing this so we went on the search for bare or damaged wires and water in the ecm, fuse box, GEM and any other connections we could get to. We found everything dry but decided to clean the connections and pins with denatured alcohol and then bathed them in dielectric grease since they all looked dry and oxidized. So far, no flashing lights and everything seems to be back to normal. I will post if anything changes. I hope this helps other people having similar problems.
What would that light flashes it means the code is stored so get it scanned and then send me the code and I will analyze it
