I need to straight wire my fan but which wire do i tap into on ignition, 09 impala flex fuel model

It's not clear what you're trying to accomplish. Obviously an electric fan draws too much current to be directly powered by the ignition circuit. Are you looking to have the fan start automatically whenever the engine is running?

what fan? Cooling fan? and why? Please give us the whole story. What problems with the car are you facing?

Do NOT connect anything directly to the ignition unless you want big problems. I suggest running a fused wire from the fan relay coil to a switch in the cabin that pulls it to ground.
Do you have wiring diagrams?
