Can someone recommend a good but inexpensive diagnostics software?
I got interested in TOAD PRO but is it actually that good?

Why just software? Do you already have a hardware interface? If so, we need to know what it is please.

find something similar that works on most of the cars.
OK so you don't need software. You need hardware.

At the moment using torque app on my phone and also using Opcom, really liked how universal is Opcom but it only works for Opel so I would like to find something similar that works on most of the cars.
