Hey Scotty,
I own a 2011 Chevy Malibu with 155K miles, I have a problem with my blinkers flickering too fast. The weird part about this is when I turn my emergency lights on they work normally and not too fast. Please help as the noise is annoying.
Have you checked to see if any bulbs are burned out?
I know I for sure haven't checked the front bulbs.
Time to take a look at them.
I bought a pair of aftermarket headlights and the turn signals are still blinking fast.

Have you replaced incandescent bulbs with LEDs? If so, go back to using incandescents. Almost all bulbs, except for the dome lights, are modulated by computer, and it wasn't intended for use with LEDs. The computer expects a much larger current draw than is required for LEDs to operate. The computer "thinks" a bulb is out because of the very low current draw. It's all powered by resistances.

why headlights? I thought the indicators were flashing too fast.
I'm modding my car so I bought some cool-looking ones. I just still don't know what my problem is

like Chuck said days ago... bulbs burn out. It takes 5 mins to check.
I went ahead and did an inspection, no bulbs are burnt out.
