Hi, I'm looking at a 2012 Scion xd 160k miles, or 3200 and a Honda fit 20011 124k 3700, and another Honda fit 2009 138k miles 4000, confused which to get, I want something that'd run another 70-100k miles relatively trouble free. I love the scion but the mileage though. They both have automatic transmissions.

Test drive all those vehicles and see which one you like.
Check for rust. You didn't mention where these cars are at (if it's seen snow) and if it's a private party or dealership.
All private parties, the scion is in Virginia and the Hondas are both in New York.
Double check on rust because both those cars have seen snow. If the rust is on the frame then look at something else.

The Hondas would be my choice. I'd choose based on maintenance history and vehicle condition.
i would buy one of the hondas, maybe one has better service records than the other
when comes to test drive any vehicles take it to independent mechanic shop to do inspection to determine is it good buy and any other upcoming problems that you might to fix it if you buy it.
