Hey Scotty I’m looking to buy my first manual car. I want to get something cheap to learn off of but also have something reliable as I plan on daily driving it. My current options are 1998 Acura integra, 1996 Honda Accord, 2007 Honda Accord and 2005 Acura EL (all in sedan by the way). Which would you recommend to a beginner manual driver.

Well they're all Honda products and are good learn on and fairly reliable provided they weren't beat on. Find ones you like and test drive them and find the one you like the best and has the features you want/need. Once you figure out which one "speaks" to you get it checked out by a mechanic because they're pretty old so you don't want to get stuck with an old pos.
