Hi I'm looking for a used vehicle Ford or Toyota... At what mileage should I leave the transmission oil in, for the rest of the vehicle's life span?

Change the fluid and filter every 30-50,000 miles. Check the service records of the vehicle to see if it's been done when it should. If it hasn't or they can't prove it, run away.
