Hi
i have an 06 Mini Cooper parkline, both the over head interior light and boot like flicker like crazy when they come on, the previous owner had the same issue and tried just replacing the bulbs but it didn’t fix the issue, any ideas what could be causing it?
I know this is just superficial but I just wondered what could be causing it.

replace the fuse. Otherwise, wiring damage.
