Hey Scotty I got a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with 200k miles on it all high way it's got new plugs and runs on full high milage synthetic oil and quality filters but in the summer it runs like a clock but when it drops below 40° the idle rpm once it's warmed up is 500 rpm and will bounce between 500 and 800.I'm still a new mechanic and I'm stumped the only code it throws is for low catalytic converter efficacy

Does it run okay when driving? Could be a vacuum leak. If you open the hood while idling and hear a hissing noise then there it is.
