I have a 07 Acura TL with 118k miles. Not sure if the transmission fluid has ever been changed and I know Honda autos are known for being weak, but should I still change it? I know they say “lifetime” but who knows if that’s true. Thanks guys.

Yes, you should change it (drain and fill, do not flush), with OEM fluid, only. There's an Acurazine webpage that goes through all the steps. It looks like a relatively easy DIY project.
