Fluid change interval recommendations for excessive idling in extreme temperatures??

I watched your video on idling and was wondering how often we should change our oil, coolant and transmission fluids, because have no choice but to run the engine for up to an hour, 5 times a week, in temperatures of up to 120° fahrenheit. We want our 2022 RAV4 with 30,000 miles to last as long as possible given the fact we have to idle in extreme conditions. Thanks for you help.

Perhaps this might give you an idea on how to calculate your oil change:

“According to research by Ford Motor Company, one hour of gasoline engine idle time equals 33 miles of driving. In other words, for vehicles with excessive engine idle time, such as a police or border-patrol unit, premature engine damage can occur without having driven many miles at all.”

You can also check your owner's manual for "severe service" maintenance recommendations specific to your vehicle.
