How do I get new engine air filters for my Focus

Topic starter

I have a 2004 and a 2008 ford focus.  When I purchased them they were low miles but as miles increased I wanted to  replace the air filters but they are not available as you probably know.  I do not like the cold air intake because I would like to enjoy a quiet ride.  Getting a used air box from a recycler does not turn me on either.  My last salvation is this email - can you help me!

Thanks

Jon

No one from this site will contact you via email, though in any event it looks like you did not provide an email address in your post. (Please do not, it would just attract spammers and scammers.)

Is your air box broken?
Or do you just need an air filter?

I just need a filter with a replaceable filter element

Are you saying you need the air filter element, the housing, or both?

I am looking for another solution to the 2003 to 2008 focus air box- and not a cold air intake. On 2010 focus
they have an air box with a replaceable filter does anyone know if a retrofit to a 2007 will fit?
