Fog lights from scratch

Have you ever done a for lights job for a 2008 Rav4 from scratch?  

I bought a $30 dollar kit for mine in ebay and I can't find a YouTube video for it... The kit haves all the connectors but no manual for installation. 

Can you please help me out?
