Hi scotty! Big fan! I have a question, I have a standard 2008 honda civic with 190,000 miles. Engine is strong but recently I started hearing a soft metal to metal sound coming from the belt area. Any idea what I could be. My ac isnt working and I'm thinking maybe my compressor is out and it's making that metal winding noise. Thank you!

Sure could be your AC compressor clutch pulley worn out. Check all other pulleys too.

Check the belt tensioner
