Hey Scotty I was wondering is the ford 5.4 3V really as bad as people say it is my uncle has one with 340000 kilometres and it still runs fine I am looking at one for my first truck what do you think?

Why would you do that when you can just get a pickup without known issues?

Pass on it. Much has been talked about regarding this engine on this forum if you do a search, and it’s not good.
