2016 Ford F-150, infotainment system down in 2018. Luckily it was under warranty, fixed no cost. 😒 is this one a common issue?

I’d respond with a question saying what isn’t wrong with American vehicle manufacturing? Just look at all the recalls and pre mature failures over the years. The cheap parts and electronic components. I mean to be honest GM should’ve gone under awhile ago. They’re lucky the American government gave them money to continue making crap. If the Italians didn’t purchase Chrysler they would’ve gone under as well and for the better I say. Ford is using way to much newer technology in their motors that now I wouldn’t bother. Tell me what isn’t wrong with Ford or GM?
The design of their newer products is excellent. Manufacturing quality needs improvement.
@guruNorth yes, you’re right because that’s what the average American would rather have is a good looking vehicle that has as much technology as possible than a vehicle that will go 300k mi.
