Change my ford bantam engine now my 1.3 starts but raves up as if I'm stepping on accelerate
More information needed.

You probably have bad vacuum lines, cheap & easy fix to replace them all. Not familiar with the bantam but if it has fuel injection clean your maf & throttle plate as well.
If it's carbed, carb cleaner is your friend.
