Just yesterday I seen a brand new Ford Bronco sport in the junkyard about to be crushed and it wasn't wrecked,burnt,or even water damaged. I asked the guy about it and he told me the owner brought it there to ne crushed because of the roof. It also only had 3,000 miles!
US manufacturers just continue to make terrible business decisions and quality control isn’t there anymore. Ford really had a chance reintroducing the bronco. They have completely failed. That Bronco sport is a joke.
Ford - Quality is job 1. There was a recall on the leaky roofs.
Sounds fishy to me. Many years ago I used to unload autoracks and every now and then something would go wrong with the tie down hooks. The result would be a rip of a few inches in a non vital area of the frame. We asked if those cars could be had for a discounted price and were told nope! Nobody would be buying those cars cause they were going to crusher.
