On my ford I turn on my blower for cool or hot. Comes out strong. Then it acts like it’s on a battery and it runs down to a stop. I shut it off let it sit. Then turn it on again. Comes out strong. Then nothing.

I would replace a blower motor and also the blower motor resistor
