Hello Scotty! What are your thoughts on an 2008 Ford Crown Victoria with 160k miles previously owned by the LAPD detective unit. I got lucky and bought it for $800 at the auction last week and would love your thoughts on these cars. Thank you

Well 800 bucks isn't much for a vehicle. Since LAPD had it. I would assume they'd beat the crap out of it. But see if Lisa if it runs and moves on its own power then you could see how much work it might need but I guarantee it's going to need a bunch of work
at least it's from the detective unit so it's probably not beat as hard as the ones from the beat cops (pun intended)
That seems low mileage for a cop car coming from LA. Crown Vic’s are amazing, if they have been taken care of. I hope it works out for you!
