hey scotty. I have a 2008 cadillac srx 3.6
and it is constantly starting without the key and won't stop until I take the battery cable off. please help
I just replaced the starter and alternator and then this started happening

Well if you have a remote start system that system is breaking down. If not, you have some type of short and the ignition system that's sending power when it isn't supposed to. You'd have to trace the wiring from the battery to the switch and then back to the relays to the starter to find the short
