Hey Scotty I have a problem with my 2011 Ford Crown Victoria LX. Something is wrong with the trunk release and door locks. Anytime I push the buttons on the key remote nothing happens but coming from the circuit board inside the driver side door you can hear a clicking sound but nothing is locking or unlocking and a trunk is not releasing what could it be and if you in the Houston area if there was a way you could help us out.

Scotty lives in TN now, but if you read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), there are mechanic suggestions for TX.
Mostly likely your latch solenoids are stuck. Spray some lube on them.
