Hi Scotty, I’m looking at buying a 2018 or 2019 F-150 and I’m wondering if you think the 5.0L Coyote V8 is better than the 3.5L Ecoboost V6. I’ve heard the V8 is tried and true and is a more simply designed engine.

The 5.0 Coyote V8 engine is the only engine you should buy a Ford F-150. I wouldn't buy one of the newer ones because the 10 speed transmission is garbage.

Nope to all motors in the 2018 or newer F150. They redesigned the 5.0 and it is a horrible motor now. DO NOT buy any 2018 or newer F150 if you value your money.
