I have a 2012 Ford F-250 Super Duty 6.2 gas that has 180,000 miles on it  that I used a actron CP9690 scanner on before with no problem. This time however I put the scanner on it and it called a misfire that is normally spark plugs. So I changed the plugs ran the scanner cleared the codes like I normally do unplug the scanner and now no power to the truck. The dash doesn’t work dome light doesn’t work key doesn’t work nothing. What happened and can I fix it. Thank you for your help.

After checking your fuses maybe disconnect the negative battery cable for 30 minutes (or longer if you have the time) to reset the ECU

I have checked all fuses, all are good. I have power on half of the fuse block. I have not tried to remove the negative battery cable yet.

Update the battery on the truck was dead. Why I don’t know but when I put my battery pack on it and boost it over it started and ran a little rough but it smooth right out. Now I got to find out why the battery went dead. Thanks

It's either a parasitic drain or a dead shot somewhere.  Also check your grounding connections.
