How should I maintain my F150 Ecoboost?

Hello Scotty! wish you were still in Houston ! I didn't know about the problems that are possible to run into with my 2018 F150 3.5 ecoboost , twin turbos.  I have 55,432 miles on it and haven't experienced any problems so far !  please tell me how I should maintain the engine and transmission. I change the oil and filter every 5,000 miles with fully synthetic oil.  I am wondering if I should have the transmission fluid drained and not flushed ?  I also have been told that I need to replace the spark plugs and coils between 50,000 and 70,000 miles.  I am concerned about the timing chains and the waist gates as far as how long they may last ?  I often get 20 mpg. in the city ( I live in Katy) and anywhere from 22 to 25 mpg. on I-10, Beltway 8 or Highway 99.  I use 89 octane shell gas.  I had no idea that the 3.5 ecoboost was so much complicated than the 8cyl. !

Thank you Scotty, stay safe, healthy, prosperous and be blessed.   please keep up making your videos I learn so much form them.

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, with the exception of claims of "lifetime" fluids or engine oil changes in excess of 5000 miles. (When the turbochargers go out on that thing it will cost a fortune to repair.)
