I use my car for multi-drop driving and do about 10k to 20k per year. All stop start, mostly in 3rd gear as all short stops. Given the harsh about town use, how often should I change the oil?
Is it still ok Once a year for the low mileage?

Your have an EcoBoost so I would change sooner than a year specially with the way you drive the car.

For boosted engines, once every 6 months or 5000 miles, whichever comes first.
