it seems on carcomplaints.com that the car is good
i found Ford Focus 2011 120k miles

Don't believe what you read focuses are terrible cars as they age Ford is even buying back a bunch of them

Very poor reliability, especially after 100k miles UNLESS it is the rare SVT model that came with a Cosworth engine and transmission.
Otherwise I would pass and save your money.
