Hey Scotty!
I got a 2004 ford focus with 141,000 miles on it and every time I use my air conditioning the car overheats I’ve taken it to two different mechanics and they can’t figure out the problem.

Check that the cooling fans are operating properly. Any time you switch to the air conditioner, the fans are supposed to kick on at a brisk pace, if not full blast. If one radiator fan is barely spinning with the AC on, replace the fan with an OEM one. Having the AC on stresses the engine a little bit, and the condenser in front of the radiator gets hot.
