Ford Fusion headlights

I have a 2017 Ford Fusion and I want to have brighter low beams for night driving. My car has OEM halogen bulbs and I am curious if there are bulbs that will improve brightness without ruining the electrical system of the car. I don’t want to do any wiring, any ideas?
