Don’t worry, Ford is certainly listening to their customers..
They can't even glue windshields in correctly on the Mach E Mustangs, how would they ever figure out the metallurgy for something that supports a driveshaft? Then, instead of fixing it correctly, they use Scotty's favorite solution, a software update! I feel like these engineers need software updates between the ears. Haha. Cars aren't a new thing, with computer aided design this sort of failure shouldn't be happening. My 2017 Mustang's probably the last new Ford I'll ever by. This stuff is just crazy.
