For a manual transmission is the throw out bearing made in with the slave cylinder?

It appears that yours uses the combination cylinder and bearing in one piece.

If you are going to all the work of replacing the throw out bearing, it's really a good idea to do the complete clutch package which includes the clutch disc, pressure plate throw out bearing and pilot bearing. You'll already have the trans removed anyway.

Depends on its age. The older trow out bearings were controlled by a separate slave cylinder. The newer ones are a one piece slave cylinder and throw out bearing combination.
