Freeway miles

Hi everyone, my car now has 254k miles on it I run full synthetic oil and 87 gas and don't go faster than 65 to keep the Rpms at a little under 2200. Scotty is always saying that freeway miles is 10% City miles, my work is about 6.2 miles from my house to and back, I live right next to a highway that turns into a freeway being 60 to 65 mph. I spend about less than a mile of City driving and that's only to get off the freeway to get to work and to get on to go home, is this better for my high mileage car?

It's a v6 Toyota Avalon if that matters too

Sound like a comfortable drive for most any car, and if it's a 250k, you're taking care of it - which is why you're posting about the best way to take car of your car, instead of all the things making strange noises, check engine codes and things falling apart, like most folks on this forum 🙂

Yes I do my best to do so, changing the oil at 3500k instead of pushing 5k and not overheating it, I rarely city drive unless I hang with friends or go to eat but even then it's not far
