Freezing doors

Topic starter

My 2007 tundra with 5.7 engine, auto tranny, big cab. Everytime it snows and then partially melts, my doors freeze shut. The handles work, locks work, but the rubber inner molding freezes and makes it almost impossible to open the doors. All 4 of them. I have sprayed silicone on the rubber moldings and that didnt help. My truck doesnt have the remote start, so i cant warm it up to unfreeze the doors. I have no options but to leave it outside all year. I live in oregon so we get snow for a few months. Any suggestions would greatly appreciated. Love your videos. Thanks in advance.

Okay here's what I would try there's a good product called AY 205 reseal if you can't find it locally Amazon sells it. You can then put it in a spray bottle and spray all the seals and let them dry before you close the door if you have a garage let it sit overnight then repeat that two or three times and generally they won't stick anymore

I wipe my seals down with silicone grease in the winter time. Just a thin film.
