  1. Hey Scotty big fan of your you tube channel. I have a 2007 lexus gs430. My front turn signals and hazard lights are not functioning. The rear is working fine. The dash turn signal indicators are flashing rapidly for both left and right. i do not know why this would be happening. Could this be a fuse problem? Where would that fuse be located? I am on a disability income and want to diagnose problem before I spend money on parts. Every penny counts in my situation. Thank you for your time and what you do for the car community!

In the fuse box. Refer to your owner's manual

Follow @mmj advice.  Fast flashing signal indicators on the dash is a classic symptom of burned out bulbs.
