I have a 2016 Buick Encore, and for some reason my fuel feed line to the engine keeps blowing. Would a bad catalytic converter cause that?

Huh? I can think of absolutely no connection between the fuel line and the catalytic converter.
Either the fuel line is bad or fuel pressure is too high.
