Hi I have a 1999 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 6 and I believe my fuel Injectors are clogged because the vehicle feels like it is running less horsepower how do I clean the fuel injectors.

You assumption is not necessarily correct. There are many things which can cause power loss.
It's best to start with simplest things 1st.
air filter, spark plugs, fuel pressure, etc...
bet a can of Berryman B 12 cleaner. put in the gas tank and use up most of the gas. It should clean them up.
