Scotty, always thinking of fuel efficiency, how do they get do many miles (laps) out of race cars doing 200 plus’s miles an hour?

According to the always correct internet's random sites, between 2 and 5 mpg.

race cars are totally stripped down. The body is just a thin lightweight shell. There are absolutely no accessories. No heat or AC. No lights. Just one driver's seat,  etc.  Everything about them is optimized to racing. And they don't use gasoline either.
