Hey I hope your day is coming along ok. I have a 2014 dodge charger se with 61000 miles on it. Recently took it to a mechanic and he said both fuel pumps need to be changed. So I bought the main pump on the driver side and changed it myself. Still getting codes P0171 and P0174 and car has a long crank and then makes a grumbling sound and shut off when started the first time and on the second crank it starts up and drive. Upon driving it does stall a little bit. So my question is do you think I should change the secondary pump as well on the passenger side? I appreciate any feedback and thank you to all whom answers this question
Those are not "fuel pump codes". They indicate that both banks are running too lean, which can have a number of causes other than weak fuel pumps:

Did your mechanic check fuel pressure to come to the conclusion that the pumps needed to be replaced? Have you checked fuel pressure, or any of the other potential causes for those codes? How old are your fuel filters?
