  • Hello Scotty I really hope you will answer me as I don't know where to ask anymore. I live in Romania and I have a 2010 Subaru Impreza 2.0 diesel. This is not normal iny country it is not a common car and mechanics don't know how to work on Japan cars. They sometimes refuse to service my car. I ran Into a very big problem now and I tow my car to a shop just to find out they don't know how to fix it. I'm really upset on this. The problem is my car won't start and it seems like the problem could be the fuel pump. I don't hear any sounds and also the mechanic checked and there is no electricity to the fuel pump. We checked the fuses and all of them were fine. I don't know where the problem could be why my fuel pump is not getting electricity could the module be burnt? I heard this can happen because I installed a racechip and I turnt the 50%podometer all the way which I learned it is a resistor for the chip. I think I might have turnt it too high and it burnt my fuel pump circuits or what? It was one of those racechip that connects to common rail. Not OBD port. I put back the normal connections and took out the chip. Please help me as no mechanics at this moment can help me fix this problem. I also get dpf flashing light and it cant be erased with scanner. But it has nothing to do with my pump
