I have a 1999 Tahoe. Recently replaced fuel pump and filter. Still no fuel pressure. The relay is clicking but not starting. I can pour gas into throttle body and it runs fine. What am I missing?

replace the reley and the wires going to the fuel pump see if that works
I will try the relay. The connection wires are new. Or are you saying the wires from the computer to the pump?

I would review the prior work you done first before checking other things. You would be surprised on what you could have forgot to plug in or if a wire is sheered or something, for sure has happened to me before.
