2011 Honda Civic 1.8L Petrol Automatic
204,000 kms (126,000 miles)
LTFT is around -7 - STFT is all over the place …
- New OEM MAF sensor
- New fuel filter
- New 02 sensor
- New spark plugs
- ERG cleaned
- Cleaned throttle body twice
- Valve adjustment done
- multiple bottles of injector cleaner run through the system
- Mechanic checked for leaks (none)
- Mechanic Checked the Cat - fine
- Tried diff petrol stations …

Did you get any codes from your OBD-II scanner? You could check the purge valve but I would get a boroscope and see if there is an internal problem.
