Scotty, anytime I turn on the high beams on my 2007 Subaru Forester, fuse #14 will blow and hi beam goes out along with the dashboard lights. It will work again if I put a 20 amp fuse in #14, but it is really is suppose to use a 10 amp. What could be going on? 20 amp will work as long as hi beam is not turn on, but 10 amp won't work at all. {black}:pray: Any suggestions appreciated.

Don't use a larger fuse, it's dangerous. You need to track down the short in that circuit.
