Howdy!
I have a 1995 F150 4.9. It is a manual and OBD1. I am having a parasitic draw of power and can not figure out what the cause is. I have done the fuse pull test but the light never turned off. I replaced the ignition switch, pip sensor, distributor, alternator, ignition coil. The light never turned off and I made sure no doors were open, etc. Ideas?

the fusebox itself could have a short inside it

batteries can have internal shorts. Get it tested.

Already did that, and replaced it under warranty to be on the safe side. It's brand new, same issue still.
