I keep getting a vibration from the gas pedal and I’m not 100% sure if it’s the cv axle or the tie rod or a bent wheel bearing. I’ve already gotten the tires balanced and rotated and it’s not that. The vibration starts at 20, stops at 35-45, then will come back around 55-80. What could it possibly be?

If you get a gas pedal vibration generally it has something to do with the middle like your transmission transmission mounts or motor mounts because if it's your tires and wheels the steering wheel will vibrate but you're going to gas pedal vibration and that's connected to the engine and transmission.
