What are your thoughts on the G70 over an M340i or a Golf R?
Clarification: Is this going to be a brand new model year ? Also, will it be purchased or leased?
This would be a purchase. Guessing, you would have higher recommendations for an Acura Integra, TLX, or possibly the Civic Type R but these are going to be hard to come by or not over pay for! Thanks for the feedback!
One is worse than the other. Therefore, whichever of the 3 you get just lease it and return before the warranty expires. As for buying used - I would refrain from doing that on any of them, especially out of warranty.
If you have $60k burning a hole in your pocket, and you need to desperately get rid of the ASAP -
sure go ahead, these are great at being money pits. some of them after 60k, some right out of the gate.
IMO all of these are not dependable cars, nor cars that'll keep their values.
If you want to get something fast and reliable? IS300 / IS350 / IS500.
Aren't they made by Hyundai? Isn't it a close relation to a Kia? I test drove one once and I was not impressed. It's not much better riding than a SantaFe or a Tuscon. A lot of bells and whistles but if it drive like crap it's not worth it.

Yes, the Civic type R is the way to go, the outgoing generation is great.
(I do not have information on the new generation, time will tell)
The engine on the Integra is quite troublesome (same 1.5L that never really worked out on the Civic), and the transmission on the TLX is too new to know wether it's any good.
