That is all π
Do the math. Even with inflated gasoline prices the cost of a Tesla will buy a heck of a lot of fuel. However, it's your money, drive what you like. 😎Β
Google says insurance is expensive on a Tesla.
License plates are probably high $ also.
Glad you can afford one. 75% of americans can't. I would go Hydrid if I was doing a lot of commuting.
I don't do a lot of commuting but I do do a lot of driving kids places π
If you think gas is expensive, wait till you have to replace the batteries in a Tesla - $22,000.Β Not to mention the outrageous cost of maintenance.Β I would stick with a nice, economical ICE.
It's my understanding that you can't fix the vehicle yourself because Tesla won't give out repair info. And good luck finding a Tesla dealer near you.
for some people, that's 5 years of fuel
Don't miss any payments!

If you want something that would use less gas go with a Toyota hybrid. It's a lot more reliable, much better quality, better price than Tesla, and Toyota knows how to make good cars but also good hybrids. Tesla quality isn't good and repairs you have to take to their own service centers so they can charge you as much as they want. It's not worth it at all.
By the time you buy the Tesla and pay for a home charging station, how long would it take to get a payout on the savings from electricity cost vs. gasoline cost?
Iβm more worried about supply chain problems, which has always been Teslaβs Achilles heel.Β
