I have a 1969 karmann Ghia coupe after a few days the battery goes dead has new battery new wiring Need your help. Thank you

I think in 1969 VW was still using generators. If so the electromechanical voltage regulator would have a cutout relay to prevent the generator from draining the battery. That cutout relay may be shorted. Although it would not cause a drain also remember that generators should be polarized if the battery has been disconnected.

Check alternator output, ground connections and shorts per above video.
