Rotor Change on a 2020 Toyota Corolla?

I have a 2020 Corolla Hybrid and live on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.  i reside about a km. from the ocean.

I change the oil every 8000 km and have done the scheduled maintenance checks which the dealer has soaked me dry for but I did everything by the book during my warranty which expired this month. I have 41000 km on my Toyota.

At my last oil change the dealer said I will need front brakes soon as the rotors have worn because of the salty air and the pads have worn into the rotors because they have to scrape the rust off the rotors often.

This sounds like a load of crap to me. I am a senior in with mobility issues so I can't just go out and pull a wheel off to check. Is this feasible?

It sounds like a load of crap to me as well.

Now that the warranty is over, you can stop getting soaked at the dealership. You should ask your friends and family where you can find a trustworthy independent mechanic.

I live near the ocean too and I've never had this issue.

by the way if your 2020 Corolla has wide wheel spokes, you might be able to peek in there with a flashlight and see if they're full of it without removing a wheel.

Replacement of Toyota OEM rotors with only 41K km or 25.5k miles? I doubt it. Do you have any vibration, pulsating or grinding when using the brakes? If you are still concerned take it to an independent mechanic for an inspection of the rotors and pads as @mmj recommended.
