Scotty, I have a 2018 GMC Sierra SLT with 32000 miles and I told my dealership that the eight speed transmission shutters in low gear, he told me its a common problem per TSB bulletin 18-na-355 and they only changed the fluid in the torque converter. I told him next time i took it in it still does the same thing. Is this a common problem with GMC transmission and if so what do you recommend to fix it correctly.

It's just a badly designed transmission I'm afraid. The only solution is to get a different vehicle.

It is common with GM transmissions. Scotty just made a video about it.
